We had great weather for the 2022 Fall Fishing Tournament at Wolf Creek Park on Grand Lake. The fishing was difficult, but several of the 16 boats participating reeled some in. Winning 1st Place was Team Joplin Supply with a total weight of 13.56 lbs. Kevin Colburn with Joplin Supply also won Big Bass with a fish weighing 5.18 lbs. 2nd Place went to Team RE Smith with a total weight of 11.82 lbs.. 3rd Place Team was Team CDL Electric with a weight of 7.5 lbs. Companies represented at the Fishing Tournament were Construction Services Group, Branco Enterprises, Anderson Engineering, CDL Electric, Seward's Insulation and Drywall, Joplin Supply Company, Midwest Materials, Southwest Missouri Bank, Aegis Fire Protection and RE Smith Construction. 11 out of the 16 boats donated $50 to scholarship to get a 30 minute jump start. A bad day of fishing always beats a good day of work.
